Snow Fun

This afternoon we all went sledding as a family. Normally these kind of events, Josh takes Bridget out and Mackenna and I hang back at home. I didn't think Mackenna would like it and I was worried she would be cold, but she ended up loving it! Josh found the perfect hill that is super close to our house, not too steep and not too long to walk back up! Bridget loves going down really fast, and then carries her sled back up the hill! She is a trooper!

While the snow is a lot of work to go out with the kids, it pays off to have Bridget fall asleep so easily at bedtime!!

Thanksgiving weekend/Legoland

For Thanksgiving we drove up to my sisters house in Des Moines. Bridget had a blast playing with all her cousins, and her cousin's cousin's! Unfortunately, this is the only picture we took the whole time! Enjoying Thanksgiving dinner!

On the way home, we drove through Kansas City and decided to break up the drive with a stop at LEGOLAND!!

They had rides, a playground, 4-D movie, and ALL different kinds of Legos to play with! We all had fun!

This was right after getting back on the freeway! They were wiped out!

LATE---Halloween festivites

(For the record, I started this post right after Halloween, then didn't finish it, and then well I forgot about it!) Our church trunk-or-treat, always a hit!

For preschool, she decided she wanted to wear her bumble bee costume Her friend Jordan as Doc Mcstuffins and Matthew as a fireman!

She had so much fun trick or treating, even if it was raining! She was a trooper!
